If you can do this , ya wouldn't be like me

The question is can I become this person and do these things, could you?

Sometimes they say if you have an inner voice they lock you up and throw away thekey, am I wrong??

I have lost some more weight and my workout are getting more intense, maybe too much, yes too much and the last thing I need is to get injured and be hobbled , but then again I don't want to be a puzzy either, so I need to find a fine line of right on the edge, any one got idea's?

Ya know I always ask question's here and never does anyone ever amswer, yet!!

  1. You have to work at your own pace with a rest if your body says so. I have made the cookie recipe better than Oz's. This is a safe low calorie snack that is incredible!
1 1/4 c whole wheat flour, 1/4 c packed brown sugar, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt, 15 oz can of really smashed chic peas, 1/4 c fat free lactaid milk, 2 TBsp Agave Nectar, 1 egg, 3 Tbsp melted butter, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 3/4c dark chocolate morsels. Oven at 350. First mix milk and smashed chickpeas. Combine the rest and mix well. Bake heaped TBS of cookie dough on sheet lightly coated with safflower oil or non stick spray. 12-15 minutes.
You will not believe you can eat this and lose weight but you can. The Agave Nectar is a must in your diet. It will keep your glucose levels in the weight loss zone. It is about six bucks and usually next to the pancake syrup in WalMart. Use it in everything or on anything like waffles or in coffee. It is about retraining your eating habit's not how much you can knock yourself out.
