I want to thank my friend for driving me up from Jacksonville to Lexington with a stop in Asheville for the night. I am here to help begin this change in my life.

I will be attending the Truck Show this week and sadly I will still need to be in a Scooter , maybe next year I can walk the Show on foot and be normal again. Hope so.

I will try to get this blog up and going again , this time focusing on me and my journey into helping others to lose weight and obtain an Optimal Health. I will try to start with a group I know too well, Truck Drivers. I feel that I can help them because I have been one for over 17yrs and struggled with my weight and finding the right thing to work with me and work for me, And most important it was so easily to do in the truck on the road , even if out for weeks at a time. I can't wait to help others learn what I did. 1 driver at a time.

I am entering a new phase of my life, please come along.

Hello everyone I am starting to finally get my weight issue under control and my Truck Driving days may be over. I am not positive my Trucking Career is over, but I have alot to do to be 100% again. If the Good Lord is willing I will be physically able to in time, I do hope I get back to 100%.

 In the mean time I am embarking on a new venture of being a "Health Coach" and feel that I just may be pretty good at it, especially with all the struggles I been through. Helping others also has always been an uplifting thing for me, and many others mention how I have kept them motivated reading my post on FB and a few suggested I become a Coach. It helps me in a number of ways, holding me more accountable, and being more focused and helping others only helps me that much more. I really believe in this and hope you all can get behind me and help me become one of best Coaches out there. I know that is aiming very high, but I truly feel that I can really be great at this.

I will still love my Bucket List just below this post, but I think this will be a way to get all this stuff done. Faith got me this far and from this point forward it will take to places I never thought I could do or see again. 

It may be some time before I remember how to make these post's more enjoyable and post plenty of pictures and other helpful and funny stuff. 

 I want to say right now Thank you God for all you have done in my life and all you have planned for me , I truly feel this is what you wanted to do, thank you for giving that chance. Amen
