Monday in Saratoga

It seems that finding out about being homeless soon was a big time blow to me psyche and has thrown me for a loop scrambling on what to do if the scenario comes sooner than expected, as my earning have barely been enough to keep up with my bills, nothing left over to save and put away, sadly.

I will need to keep watch now for someplace, but with track season upon us that will be impossible now at a reasonable price, yet I may still be able to get thru track season, I hope , but then I need to acknowledge my house will be sold and I will have to leave, as it seems house's in Saratoga are selling again, and I do mean alot of them all over, trust me on this I see the sold signs on them now where before they sat all last summer and thru the winter, but now they are selling like hotcakes again, and our house is a great property for investment, for under 400k you get almost 4 huge size lots , right next to the hospital, with great potential for just leveling everything and rebuilding 4-8 pieces of property for a a few hundred thousand easy enough , we are 2 blocks from the hospital and across the street from the country club, heck even if 1 built 3 houses on the property, for 250k or so it would be a quick profit, so I am going to be homeless soon, for sure.

Any idea's anyone, of course not no one reads this blog, except a few people who I talk too regularly anyway, maybe back into the truck and over the road , but my OSA may prevent that too, we'll see.
