It seems I been put in the corner again, instead of seeing if there is a problem, or actually doing a evaluation of my issues, which makes sense, no, I been chastised and told I am the only one, the only one , think about that, when I know of others, but apparently what measures others do to help with these issues, I can not do because I have a 64 Bit operating system called Windows 7, so when we try to do file maintenance and other stuff to help, I am unable to do because of my 64 bit OS , yes a pop-up box come up and states unable to perform due incompatibility, please see software vendor to ask if there is a 64 bit version available, oh well, We all know it is my fault, my fingers operated mouse device is the culprit of all this mess, definitely not the OS issues, naw . Even still I would not want to be without this tool, but frustration does set in when it will not work right, and you have to fight with it.
