MY NEEDS
1. Need to change my way of thinking about ...
A. Eating of Vegatables ( overcome this issue NOW )
B. Learning to do awesome 3x3x3's each day ( Overcome my lack of knowledge on HOW to do this, no more excuses, get mentored and be taught by those who make it happen, ask for help, don't be shy -Take Action)
C. Stay on 5 and 1 and get to my after weight, ( yet not let the fact that I am still 150lbs from goal to hold me back from being a great Coach and quit using it as an excuse of WHY YOU STRUGGLING, OVERCOME THIS
D. Learn to just be myself, ( and quit worrying about not being extroverted or a great closer or presenter or organizer and all the other attributes you think make a Successful Coach, because you have all those within you, learn from your Community, practice, practice and practice some more and you will OVERCOME THIS TOO )
F. Learn the Habits of Health, ( quit procrastinating and get it done, stop whining and worrying and be positive each day and let your actions create your LOA results, become the person you should be, not the person you want to be, TAKE ACTION NOW, if needed look for others to take this journey with, just like Bible Study Groups, maybe create a HoH Study Group, ask your Team members about this)
E. Educate myself, (Take local Community College classes, thinking Office 365 , Social Media Marketing and look for an Organizing & Time management class)
